Fiber Test Methods thiab hom kev ntsuas
Txhawm rau ntsuas qhov zoo ntawm kev teeb tsa fiber ntau, kos npe tawm raws li npaj rau kev pabcuam ua haujlwm, thiab ua kom ntseeg tau tias kev ua haujlwm txuas ntxiv ntawm fiber ntau, qee qhov kev sim fiber ntau thiab cov cuab yeej yuav tsum tau siv.
Muaj ntau ntau yam tseem ceeb los ntsuas, ntsuas thiab xyuas:
Fiber End-Face Inspection
Thaum ob lub fibers sib xyaw ua ke, qhov tseem ceeb yuav tsum tau ua kom lub teeb hla ntawm fiber ntau mus rau fiber ntau yam tsis muaj kev poob ntau lossis rov qab xav. Dab tsi tseem nyuaj yog tuav lub ntsej muag zoo kawg nkaus. Ib qho me me me me rau hauv cov tub ntxhais ntawm cov fiber ntau tuaj yeem ua rau muaj qhov cuam tshuam loj, rov qab xav txog, thiab txawm tias cov khoom puas tsuaj. Proactivekev tshuaj xyuas fiber ntauNws yog ib qho tseem ceeb kom ntseeg tau tias kev sib txuas ntawm fiber ntau.
Fiber Continuity Test
Thaum koj kuaj fiber ntau optic cable tes hauj lwm, ib tug pom laser qhov chaw txuas mus rau ib kawg ntawm lub cable yuav siv tau los xyuas kom meej cov kis mus rau qhov opposite kawg. Hom kev kuaj fiber ntau optic no tsuas yog npaj los txheeb xyuas qhov tsis xws luag xws li macrobends. Koj tuaj yeem kuaj xyuas fiber ntau optic cable txuas ntxiv los txiav txim siab seb txoj cai fiber ntau optic cable txuas mus rau qhov chaw thaj chaw zoo.
Afiber identifier(FI) yog ib lub cuab yeej siv tau zoo ntawm tes fiber ntau uas tuaj yeem txheeb xyuas thiab kuaj pom cov teeb liab ntawm sab nraud ntawm txhua qhov chaw ntawm qhov txuas fiber ntau. Fiber identifiers tuaj yeem siv los xyuas kom meej tias muaj cov tsheb khiav ntawm ib lub fiber ntau nrog rau cov kev taw qhia ntawm kev sib kis.
Aqhov pom kev txhaum locator(VFL) siv pom spectrum laser teeb los kuaj fiber ntau txuas ntxiv nrog rau kev kuaj xyuas qhov ua txhaum cai. Lub teeb liab liab yuav pom los ntawm cov txheej txheem ntawm qhov chaw ntawm cov fiber ntau tawg lossis cov khoom puas. Rau fiber ntau khiav ntev dua 5km / 3miles lossis qhov twg nkag mus saib cov fiber ntau yog txwv, OTDR tuaj yeem siv los ua fiber ntau optic cable tester txhawm rau txheeb xyuas cov teeb meem txuas ntxiv.
Optical Loss Measurement
Raws li lub teeb qhov chaw hla cov fiber ntau, nws txo hwj chim theem. Qhov txo qis hauv qib fais fab, tseem hu ua optical poob, yog qhia hauv Decibels (dB).
Qee tus yuav nug seb 'txoj kev raug rau kev kuaj fiber ntau yog dab tsi'. Txoj hauv kev zoo tshaj plaws rau cov neeg ntsuas fiber ntau los ntsuas qhov poob ntawm qhov muag tag nrho hauv fiber ntau yog txhaj tshuaj kom paub txog qib ntawm lub teeb nyob rau hauv ib kawg thiab ntsuas lub teeb ntawm lwm qhov kawg, siv ib qho.OLTS. Txij li thaum lub teeb pom kev zoo thiab lub ntsuas hluav taws xob txuas nrog rau qhov sib txawv ntawm qhov txuas, kev nkag mus rau ob qhov kawg ntawm cov fiber ntau yog xav tau rau txoj kev no.
Kev ntsuas hluav taws xob kho qhov muag
Kev ntsuas lub zog yog qhov ntsuas lub zog ntawm lub teeb liab ntawm lub transmitter thaum lub kaw lus nyob lossis qhib. Iboptical zog meteryuav tso saib lub hwj chim kho qhov muag tau txais ntawm nws cov photodiode thiab tuaj yeem txuas ncaj qha mus rau lub tshuab xa hluav taws xob kho qhov muag lossis ntawm lub fiber ntau cable ntawm qhov chaw uas lub optical receiver yuav. Lub zog kho qhov muag tuaj yeem ntsuas hauv "dBm" units, qhov "m" sawv cev rau 1 milliwatt thiab "dB" yog hais txog decibels.
